Dana for Model Number KEYE700TWHO Planning to purchase thermal cut off. It does not register any continuity with tester. Have tried operating dryer on every setting, tumbles, but absolutely no heat. 1. Does kit come with installation instructions? I do not see where the high-limit thermostat installs. 2. In your answer above you warn about the cycling thermostat being bad. Is there a way to test or is it wise just to replace?
