Tim for Model Number GEQ8811LW0 I have two thermostats one is part number 8318268 (Number 42 on the bulk head diagrahm.) It has two large terminals that when I put the ohme meter on it reads 0. The two small terminals in the middle will not give a reading at all. The other thermostate is the thermal cut-off fuse to 360 degrees one of the two fuses on the diagram number 47 with the part number 3977394 It also gives no reading at all. Does this mean it is bad or do I need to set the Ohme meter to a different setting. The meter that I am using is a CEN-TECH digital multimeter.
Answer Hello Tim. You will need to replace the thermal cut-off kit. Check your vent and make sure it is clear from clogs and kinks. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, March 30, 2011
