Hello Spanky. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. This can cause the dryer not to heat. If the voltage is there, you will need to test and see where your loosing the voltage from. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
