Answer Hi Marco. Is your dryer giving just the audible beep or is it giving a fault code? You are really having a vent issue resulting in other symptoms. It sounds like the venting system is clogged or kinked. You will need to check the vent and clean it out. Be sure and clean the vent pipe and the dryer air duct assembly. If the air flow is not good, the unit will retain moist air causing the clothes not to dry. Try running the unit with the vent unhooked from the back of the dryer and see if the dryer works properly. The thermistor will act as a cycling thermostat in by telling the main control board cut in and cut out temps.Thermistor Temperature Resistance 77°F..................10,000 ohms 36°F..................29,500 ohms 0°F....................86,300 ohms This part # is WP8577274. 2).= The thermal fuse will open and stop all heat. This part # is WP8577274.The thermostat part # is 279973. Also use a kitchen scrubber pad on the sensor 2-side by side bars to remove the fabric softener sheet build up. this will stop sensor readings to the sensor dry control board. Thank you. Read More...
