Hi Daniel. Yes the hi-limit is bad part # WP3391914, along with the heater needs to be checked to see if it is not shorted against the chassis allowing it to overheat. Heater part # WP3387747. The Dryer thermistor needs to be ohmed out to see at room temperature (77°) it is 10,000 ohms. It senses the temperature to the main control board. It is part # WP8577274. Clean your vent entirely and make sure the outside vent cap is operating correctly not allowing the outside moisture not to get back in. Thank You.
