Barry for Model Number wgd7300xwo The burner was short cycling and determined the belt was off blower. The burner now burning 6 to 18 seconds, but still not drying clothes completly. What temperature should the exhaust be?
Answer Hello Barry, You do have to take several high and low measurements, (at the exhaust), and average them together to get the average operating temperature at the exhaust. The average should read about 155°F when set to high heat, about 140°F on medium, and about 125°F on low heat setting. If your unit has an extra low setting it will average about 105°F. Be aware that if you are using a "bulb" type thermometer, it can read up to 30° higher. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 16, 2014
