Rich for Model Number KUIC18PNZS0 Ice maker not making ice. Water is flowing over plate, but no ice. Removed thermistor from machine. Reading is 2.6k ohm at room temp. Thermister bad?
Answer Hello Rich, thank you for contacting APP, That is the correct resistance reading for this thermistor at room temperature. This issue is most likely to be caused by the Water Level Sensor W11741505 which can fail and cause the unit to continually flush water across the evaporator. Read More...
