Answer Damian, Based on your post information, the most likely issue is a weak gas valve coil 279834. Since the gas valve ignition system cycles on and off for the first few cycles, the igniter and flames switch should be OK, The wiring inside the coils is weak and after a while the coils cannot lift the plunger and release and ignite the gas.
