Douglas for Model Number WSF26C2EXY02 Seem this unit does not want to go into the defrost mode, the evaporator heater has continuity, the evaporator fan works, the thermostat(bi-metal) that clips on the evaporator shows continuity when evaporator is iced up, and no continuity when evaporator is at room temp. However the thermistor on the freezer side (located on the left upper wall is shown to be in series with the heater and thermostat. The ohm's reading on the thermistor at 32 degrees F is only reading about 7 ohm's and at room temp only reads about 3 ohm's, could this be my issue with the defrost cycle?
