Kai for Model Number MRT711BZDH00 In the freezer had more ice and that ice block all little vent windows and not cold air go down to refrigerator. I think thermistor may working. What should I do?
Answer Hello Kai, You should open the unit and clear the ice and the defrost drain. The defrost drain is normally the cause of this issue so clearing the defrost drain will normally correct the issue. After clearing the drain you should chase it with a piece of weedeater line to make sure it has no debris in it and then pour about 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to prevent algae formation.
