Marty for Model Number Et20tkxdw03 Door shelves do not freeze. Crisper and food on shelves toward back of fridge freeze. Is this the thermostat?
Answer Hello Marty, This sounds more like an air circulation problem. I would check the evaporator fan motor and the freezer coils for a frost build-up. If the air doesn't circulate properly, areas will be colder in one area than others.
