Hello Philsmarch, If the turntable is not made for the unit it will most likely not line up properly with the turntable coupler. This will cause either uneven heating of the dish or an imbalance that could cause a spill. It is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the turntable W11373838 with the original part as listed on the manufacturers' parts list.
