Jewel for Model Number MSD2272VEW00 I have water on the floor in front of the freezer. I think the evaporator drain tray is either cracked, or the drain is frozen and overflowing, or clogged. How do I remove the tray to empty and check if it is damaged? How can I tell if the drain is clogged or frozen? If I need to replace the tray, I believe part # AP6023392 is compatible. Is there a video available to show me how to do the above? If the tray is cracked I will order the replacement & also order one or two water filters. Thank you for your help!
