Nancy Our Whirlpool refrigerator went under water when our basement flooded with 2ft. of water. It wont run, any advice ?
Answer Nancy, you forgot to include a model number, so we can't be sure what parts you may or may not need. If you haven't yet try this first set the refrigerator out in a cool dry area, remove the rear compressor compartment cover and the front kickplate grille. Let the refrigerator set for a week to 10 days, then try it again. You will most likely need a start device and capacitor as well as a condenser fan motor, at the least. Read More...
