Gunther for Model Number ed2khaxv001 The ice maker makes ice. the water dispenser does not work. The model appears to be for 2010. I purchased the model from someone who moved. I don't know if the water was working. I removed the external water filter. I tried with and without the filter. No water either way. your help and information is greatly appreciated.
Answer Hello Gunther. Test for power to the water valve when the dispenser is pressed. If it is there, and no water, you will need to order and replace the valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
