Kate for Model Number GHW9250MW0 I started noticing water on my floor and inside the drawer of the washing machine stand. It is not a lot of water, but it is some. Does not look like the hoses are damages in the back and the water is NOT coming from the front door. It is a front loader from whirlpool and is about 10 years old. The debate is whether it is worth fixing or if I should just move to to buying a new machine since it is 10 years old- depending on what it is and if it is pricey to fix. My neighbor said it may be some sort of seal that could be wearing away inside?
Answer Hello Kate. Remove the back access panel and run the unit looking for the leak. Then determine if the price of the part is worth the repair. Thanks. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, December 4, 2013
