Alan for Model Number ghw9250mq0 There is a loud banging noise when the washer is in the spin cycle. There is gray plastic in the front rubber liner. Looks a gasket or seal is worn between the inner and outer tub by the door. What's the problem, and what is that part called?
Answer Hello Alan. It sounds like the tub bearing W10772618 is bad and has worn the front outer tub assembly W10772607. You will need to replace both parts to do a proper repair.
