Dennis for Model Number 11044832200 Spin Cycle Noise. I believe the bearings are bad. What parts are needed to correct the noise. What degree of difficulty involved? Special tools? I am a Handyman & have pleanty of tools. Thank You in Advance, Dennis
Answer Hi Dennis. This is a complete disassemble of the unit front to back and top to bottom. Since you are a handy man, marking wires, clips and even taking pictures will help on reassemble. The tub is either bolted together or U-clips hold the front half to the back half of the tub. Plain safety and common sence will go far. This is difficult to someone who is handy with tools. You will need to take the back main pulley off before anything. The outer tub bearing is pressed into the rear tub (replaced together as one part). This part # is W10772617. The inner tub spinner/shaft assembly will need replaced as well. This comes with the whole inner tub part # is WPW10250573. Thank you. Read More...
