Jon December 11, 2020 How can I find out if it is my shock absorbers or rear bearing that need replacing? The wash basin moves inside the outer tub. Does that mean it is the outer bearing?
1 Answer Hello Jon, If the spin bearings were bad the unit would sound like a train going through the laundry room when in the spin cycle. I'm sorry but we need to ask you to post a new question including the model number from the units' ID tag so we can look at the configuration of the design you have in your home. This will enable us to better diagnose the issue for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...

Can I get just the bearings for that, or what? I have no idea what condition the "spider" is in, and what is the actual real name for that part if it doesn't look good once I take this thing apart? Thanks.
