Frank for Model Number WED8300SW2 The dryer was running last night and mid-cycle it just died. I checked the fuse and it had not blown. I had the apartment service team check the fuse and the dryer is getting 210V instead of 220V but that may have been the case all along. There is no indication of power on the control panel or the light in the drum. I checked the power cord and all the connections are tight. So based on the service manual it seems the next step is to replace the CONSOLE ELECTRONICS AND HOUSING ASSEMBLY unless hopefully the lower line voltage is the cause. So my question is if the 210V line voltage would cause the dryer to stop and be completely unresponsive? Thanks
Answer Hello Frank. The voltage tested should read 240 VAC. If it is 210 VAC, then you defiantly have a power issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, December 3, 2015
