Bradley A. for Model Number WGD8300SW2 I recently cleaned out all of the duct hose, and removed a significant amount of lint. When I plugged the dryer back in it ran , but only cold air. I've been told that a part was probably fried due to the constant turning on and off of a heating safety element that was detecting restricted airflow and it eventually died out. Answer Hello Bradley A. You will need to test the thermostats and the flame sensor and make sure they are good. They should read closed for continuity. Also, check the igniter and make sure it is getting hot enough to light the gas.
