  • Disconnect power and shut off the water supply before servicing
  • Open the dishwasher; remove the upper rack if needed for access
  • Release or unthread the retainer and pull the old arm straight off; clear debris from the hub/feed port

Answer

Hi Stan. Is the rear water tube going up the back wall connected to the back of the wash plate ? Remove the front lower kick plate and see if when you are in the wash cycle the motor assy. is energised. If not then verify with a volt/ohm meter for 120 vac on the blu/wht and blu/red wires. If you are getting 120 vac from the control board then you know the board and the wires to the motor are good. Motor part # WPW10757217. Check board output on the p5 and p9 for 120 vac. If not then you will need to replace the control board part # WP8564543. Remove the top sump covers and See if there are debris stuck in the impeller blades or at the chopper blade. This will stop pressure also. Thank You.
