Bradley for Model Number LGQ9558KQ1 My Whirlpool dryer works properly but makes a steady whistling noise when the gas is burning. There doesn't appear to be anything obstructing the burner flow and the flame appears normal. I've looked on line for answers but it appears this isn't a typical failure symptom. What would you suggest I try? Thank you!
Answer Bradley, It sounds like the whistling noise would most likely be in the valve. If the valve is not fully opening it can still operate but could cause the whistling noise that you are hearing. Also would want to check the rollers but that would be more of a screeching noise. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, November 16, 2016
