Mark for Model Number DWSR463GG8WW I'm troubleshooting a heat issue on a GE Dryer DWSR463GG8WW. The heat will come on but will shut off after a minute or two. Once the heat turns off, I will hear a slight screechy sound. I've tested continuity on all thermostats, coils and the igniter, all seemed fine. I cleaned out some lint buildup in the Trap Duct and airflow doesn't seem to be an issue. I don't see any reference to a thermal fuse for this model, I'm wondering if it just has a different name. I'm thinking about changing the coils, but could this be the gas valve?
