Scott M. for Model Number SF385PEGT7 Both the oven and the broiler do not ignite. The broiler makes 2 "clicks" like it's trying to ignite. There are no "clicks" associated with the bake function; however, the timer starts to count down. All four burners on the top work normally. I measured the gas valve resistance as follows: blue wire - approximately 200 ohms; red wire was infinite (no needle movement). Can you please suggest which part may need to be replaced? Thank you
Answer Hello Scott, From the readings you provided, this sounds like both a control WP6610290 issue and a valve WPW10293048 issue. If voltage is being sent from the control to the spark module WPW10331686, it could be the spark module instead of the control since it also ignites the bake compartment. Read More...
