Don H. for Model Number sxd26vw We have a 12 year old fridge and the water dispenser quit. The ice maker still works I unhooked the tubing on the inside (past the double valve)in back and water flows when you press for water. I un hooked the tube at bottom of door and no water. What is between those two points? I tried to clean out the tube with weed eater string and it seems clear. I read that maybe it is frozen so if no water after I turn it off for 12 hours -whats my next step?
