Mike for Model Number Kitchen Aid Refrigerator Model KBRA20ELSS00 We found a leak coming from our refrigerator and determined that it was coming from the water inlet valve #12544002. We purchased the part from you and installed it. We have now corrected the leak and have water working in the in refrigerator dispenser but the ice-maker is not working. Once we lowered the arm on the ice-maker it dumped ice which must have been in the ice-maker since we turned off the water a few week ago. Subsequently we have not had any ice made and the tray is dry. Any ideas on our next step?
