Frank for Model Number GR2FHTXTB00 Ice maker only makes a few poorly formed cubes at the very back of the unit. Often there are only small pieces of ice formed which stick to the prongs and stop the unit from cycling. There is water flowing to the refrigerator. What is your solution?
Answer Frank, check and make sure the saddle valve on the cold water supply line isn't clogged or bent, and you have plenty of water and water pressure on the water tube to the fill valve.
