Mike for Model Number Whirlpool ET8CHMXKQ05 Our ice maker suddenly stopped making ice. Water was leaking from the outside connection where the water line enters the freezer. Turns out the water shoot was completely clogged with a plug of ice. I got the ice plug out of the shoot & the ice maker worked fine for 1/2 day. The shoot is clogged again with a new plug of ice. Could the water valve be oozing water into the shoot so that ice build up occurs until the line is completely clogged?
