Jon for Model Number GI15NDXZS1 Hello. My under counter ice maker is not producing ice. It is cooling properly and will make ice if I manually fill the reservoir with water, however it does not seem that water is making it from the supply line into the ice maker. I disconnected the water supply line and there is excellent water pressure coming into the machine. I am able to run the cleaning cycle and seems the recirculating pump is working as is the drain pump. Would replacing the valve (W10881366) be the fix? I've tried 2 brand new Everydrop filters and neither have resolved the issue. I've also done a hard reset (leaving unplugged for 2 hours) as well as an abbreviated reset (unplug for 5+ minutes and then power on and immediately holding the power and clean buttons). Prior to having this issue, we would commonly have a small puddle of water in front of the ice machine. Thanks!!
