Paul for Model Number LAT5914AAE With machine shut off and unplugged, water drips into the tub. It seems that I would need to install a new Water valve AP606209. do you agree or am I missing something? Thanks
Answer Paul, We are in agreement with you, the water valve WP22001274 Water Valve would be the issue. The internal diaphragm is allowing the water to "seep" through and allows the washer to fill in the off position. Replace the valve and you'll be OK. The part is in stock and available at this time.
