Angie W for Model Number LSE7806ACE The wash machine does everything perfect except it uses hot water for most cycles no matter if you set it at cold water or not. It will not switch from hot water to cold water by the switch. Does the water valve need replaced or is it the knob itself ?
Answer Angie, With the unit not putting cold water into the unit and only putting hot in then you will want to check your temperature control switch. The temp control is what sends the power to whichever setting you want it on. It sounds like a stuck contact in the switch 22001923. Read More...
