Brad for Model Number mah4000aww My neptune washer won't fill with water. When it comes time to put in water, it squirts for a brief second then stops. I recently put in a new motor and motor control board kit, and it worked perfectly for about a month. So i don't know if I need a new water valve assembly or if the water valve is not getting the signal strong enough to hold the water valve coils in? Do I need a water valve assemnbly or the control board that sends the signal to it?
Answer Brad, It's not likely you need a water valve, at this point. You do want to test the water level/pressure switch 22002994 and control board WP22002989 , and wiring before you go with a fill valve. Good Luck. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, August 8, 2011
