Christexan for Model Number mah4000aww My Neptune washer stops at two points during the fill cycle and then during the rinse cycle. Once the start button is pushed, the washer functions normally. I spoke with a local tech who suggested the problem might be that the washer is filling too slowly and that the washer automatically shuts down. Recently, I noticed that the detergent was not being completely washed into the system indicating that the flow was restricted. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance!
