Jeff, You will want to get down into the pump and make sure that there is no blockage or clogs. Take the drain line off and check for obstructions on the drain side of the pump assembly. If this checks ok then you may need a new drain pump WP6-917641. You would want to check to make sure that the drain is getting power. If there is power but not running then the pump is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
