Mark for Model Number Whirlpool toplaoad, CAM2752TQ0, I replaced the brake/drive assembly on this topload washer. It comes with a yellow spring on the brake pads but also has two other springs. How do I know which one to use? It is still not spinning correctly and I'm thinking that I may be using the wrong spring and there is too much tension on the brakes for the clutch to overcome.
Answer Mark, most commonly when a washer that uses a clutch and brake system does not spin well, it tends to be an issue with the clutch [WP8299642] assembly.
