Ray Baker for Model Number ETW4400XQ0 I have direct drive top loader that fills and spins just fine but the bottom agitator is weak with just water and doesn't agitate when clothes added. It sounds like it's trying but barely moves. A repair technician diagnosed it as a failed basket drive so i replaced that but still having the same issue. I checked the motor coupling and they are not broken nor is the rubber washer cracked. The transmission was replaced about 3 years ago and the technician said it looked clean. I don't hear any loud squeaking noise during the cycles and not seeing any fluid on the ground. Not sure what else i can check next?
