Hello Rudi, There is no washer under the spray arm. It is designed to be wobbly and the water pressure should take up the slack. If it is hitting the bottom of the rack, there are probably some holes stopped up and the pressure in the spray arm is uneven. I would simply replace the spray arm WP6-917642 and the retention nut WP99002654. Also check the chopper blade screen. The discharge housing has a flat plate inside it that should be attached to it. If it is loose, this will drop the water pressure.
