Hello Ken, This is usually caused by a lack of water pressure to the spray arms, This means there is either a pressure loss or a clogged screen inside the unit somewhere. You should check for separating spray arms, missing grommets in the main manifold, and if nothing is found it is time to disassemble the pump assembly from the inside of the tub. You will be looking for any screens stopped up to include the one by the chopper blade, (which would indicate damage to the shaft the blade is driven by). Also, if the discharge housing assembly WP6-918807 plate has separated from the assembly, it will have to be replaced since this directs the water flow from the impeller and has a major impact on water pressure produced.
