Jennifer for Model Number WTW8500DR0 Hello, I have a whirlpool Cambrio Model# wtw8500dr0, recently had an issue with the wash plate not rotating during the wash cycle along with a grinding noise. Wash plate was replaced now I seem to be having the same issue. What could it be? The hub? Or replacing the bolt? Wash plate is less than a couple weeks old.
Answer Jennifer, Based on the information provided I would check to make sure the bolt is not coming loose causing the wash plate to get loose.
