Ryan for Model Number MVWC360AW0 I purchased a new wash plate a few months ago because the splines weeds worn down. Now the new wash plate is loose again. I see that there might have been a metal plate on the bottom of the original wash plate that I mistakenly threw away. I wonder if not having that plate might be causing the wash plate to wear down. Do you sell this metal plate that fits into the bottom of the wash plate? Thank you.
Answer Ryan, No, the metal plate would not cause the splines to be wear out. It would be recommended to check the bolt to make sure that it is not loose.
