Answer Laszlo, The WP4388152 water tube and spout, are on the inside of the freezer door, but I guess you're aware of that. One good method that seems to work pretty well, attach a string to the end of the fill tube, before you remove it from the front of the dispenser. When you're redy to install the new fill tube, you can use the string as a "snake" device to help draw the tube through the conduit and out the door opening at the hinge. Thanks and Good Luck.
