Evan for Model Number 57762791 Hello, I have a 20 year old Kenmore side by side fridge. Recently, the water dispenser began dripping after dispensing a glass of water. At first, it would stop after a while but now it does not stop. I did not know about your site and I went to Sear Parts Direct and I was told to order a water dispenser tube to fix the problem. The part is WP4388152 Refrigerator Dispenser Fitting and Water Tube Assembly. Thank God for your video on how to change the part, which I did this morning. Unfortunately, it did not help a bit. Can you please tell me what could be causing the issue. I followed your instructions exactly and there are no leaks. Thank you in advance for your time. Evan
Answer Evan, From your description of the issue, it sounds as if the water valve is leaking through and not turning the water completely off.
