Karen for Model Number Model #11066702690 KENMORE Residential Dryer It takes several cycles (3-4s time on moderate loads) to dry anything. The dryer does get hot early on on the permanent press setting only but still does not dry. I have already cleaned the lint filter and hose. I am wondering if I need to replace the heating element or the thermostat? Or both? Thanks!
Answer Karen, You will want to check the venting to the outside of your home which would be the most likely cause for the unit to take so long to dry.
