Connie for Model Number WED5200VQ1 My dryer has started intermittently running with no heat. Usually after starting and stopping and changing between high and medium heat settings, I can get it to run with heat. The heat seems too hot on all settings. All vents are clear. Does this sound like a thermostat issue or a heating element issue or both? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Answer Hello Connie. You need to test the temp switch WP3399640 and make sure it is good on the unit. If not, it will cause the issue you are having. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
