How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP4511159 / 00249276 Dishwasher Lower Dishrack Assembly

Looked at user manual for model number of dishwasher. Used the model number to search on AppliancePartsPros to find replacement parts. Received the two new dishracks the next day. Followed the instructions to assemble the few parts. Easy installation and fit perfectly. 

I put in new basket.

I went online and ran the model number and found the updated version of the rack I needed. This was for a rental property of mine. I ordered and had sent to the tenants, direct to the property. Replaced the lower dish rack assembly. New rack is horrible design, I have Pfaltgraff dishes and they barely fit in the slots. No space for bowls either. I wish the design was still the same. Silverware holder is nice though. 

Purchased new drawer

Replaced the entire lower dishrack. 

I reviewed the website and found the rack and ordered it. In three days, on my front porch was this big box. It was my new rack. I was impressed by the prompt service.
