Very clear instructions. I had a bit of a problem getting the old one out as it didn't pop out easily as in the video. I first tried ordering the kit to repair just the door mechanism but there was nothing wrong with it when my husband took it apart. So I ordered the complete dispenser part. He had some difficulty getting the part to snap into place. The dishwasher is working as intended. I have not yet used the cleaner. Read More... Jason S Fogelsville , PA July 29, 2017 Appliance: Model BOSCH SHE43F02UC/52 Wash cycle was taking way to long and water was not getting hot dishes were still dirty also soap dispenser had been malfunctioning for a while as well Installed new control board because you could see a dark spot in the old one were it looked like it had gotten hot. Douglas T Vancouver , WA May 06, 2016 Dishwasher dispenser would not release soap problems with whole cycle Replaced dispenser. Old one easy to remove with screwdriver. Had problems with getting the bottom clips on the new dispenser. Finally used some liquid soap to lubricate the seal and tilted the dispenser to start the bottom first, followed by the top.
