I first tried ordering the kit to repair just the door mechanism but there was nothing wrong with it when my husband took it apart. So I ordered the complete dispenser part. He had some difficulty getting the part to snap into place. The dishwasher is working as intended. I have not yet used the cleaner. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
