I made an appointment to have it repaired because I couldn't figure out how to remove the old one when I took off the door panel. By chance, I went online and saw the AppliancePartsPros site. It had excellent reviews, so I checked it out. I decided to order the part and the person I spoke to told me I should be able to do it myself. I had read some of the comments of other people who had bought the part, and they said it was easy, "a 15 minute fix". I ordered on Saturday and received the part on Tuesday. It took me longer than 15 minutes-more like half an hour, but not too bad! Saved a lot of money!
While I was online, I looked at a video of placing the dish soap dispenser spring, etc. I hadn't broken anything, but was able to fix that as well! A video on how to remove the door latch would be helpful as well for us do-it-yourselfers. Thank you for your excellent service!
