I followed the directions in the AppliancePartsPros.com YouTube video. The extraction of the old handle was much harder than expected. Since it was already broken, I ended up using some snippers and breaking it even more to get it out. Popping the new handle in wasn't hard, but I was nervous to use that much force on a plastic piece. Putting the outer door back on was a little tricky. I recommend having an extra set of hands and a small step stool or hardy box nearby to support the efforts. I'm sorry I didn't replace this sooner. The handle has been broken for years and the repair took less than an hour for this VERY unexperienced less-than-handy lady.
